The Dogcatcher

Dogcatcher ist eine schwarze Komödie, die eine Geschichte von einem Mann erzählt, der Hunde entführt, und sie dann voller Ruhm als Retter zurückbringt. Eines Tages entführt er einen deutschen Schäfer, der sich als streunender Hund entpuppt.

Daria Woszek - Graduated at the Jagiellonian University, followed by studies in theatre and film directing at the Krzysztof Kieslowski Faculty of Radio and Television University in Silesia in Katowice. She completed film directing and screenwriting masterclasses at the Wajda School. Her film "The Confession" won first prize in the student category (Kodak Award) at the 2010 Polish Film Festival in Los Angeles. Her public awareness short, Morskie Opowiesci (The Sea Stories), received the award for artistic vision in the Kodak Advertising Film Competition for students in the same year. Daria directed well-known Arabic TV series “Saleem 3”, which was screened by the major Asian TV stations. She was also a part of the AD’s department in Bollywood’s production called “Bangistan”. She works as a theatre director and a multimedia director, was responsible for designing digital scenography for numerous performances at Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic – European Art Centre.
